  1. How so? Did you book the cruise with travel agent? Did you go to the MDR on day 1 of the cruise and asked for a table?
  2. Hey, so as you know, we are going on a cruise soon, 2 passengers, and we would like to have a private table, not to seat with others. I read online about the dining department email, and also about the fact that if we are on traditional dining time, we will be seated with others, and that if we want to have a private table, we need to switch to My Time Dining. We sent an email to the dining department (we understand that approx. 3 weeks prior to sailing is okay) asking to switch to My Time Dining and have a private table, however now I read somewhere that this email is only to request a private table for traditional dining time. We are very confused at this point. If anyone can clear this up for us, we would highly appreciate it! Thanks!
  3. We're going on our first cruise on Freedom this month, 3 nights from Miami, visiting CocoCay and Nassau - how does the port check in work? Where do we check the luggage? do we HAVE to print out the luggage tags at home or do they give us tags? Do we check in bags before the check in itself? Does this work like an airport where you have duty free shops area or something? Do they take our passports (and if so, when do we get them back?) and also, what should we do on our first day that is a must? Our arrival time is 11:30am-12pm Any tips for first time cruises like us would be highly appreciated! Thank you and sorry for all the questions
  4. Hey, we are due to sail on Freedom at the end of the month. Our current stateroom is 8690, which is at the back of the ship, on the left side, almost at the very back. We saw stateroom #8216, which is located and the very forward (bow) is available, so we wonder if we should switch to that stateroom or not. It's our first cruise and we don't want to be so far in the back, but aren't sure about being so far in the bow as I understand it's very prone to movement? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
