You cannot find out how many points you have, just if you have an offer or not. I was on the Allure October 29th for 7 days and the casino customer service on the ship had me at over 4000 points. I got a paper copy offer for a free interior stateroom with my name and crown and royal number. I was told to check https://www.clubroyaleoffers.com/ enter my last name and found that I actually had an offer for a balcony or Oceanview and free play. So I call the phone number to book a cruise. They tell me the number I gave them is in my wife's name and since I am a man I can't book the cruise. I said we are both going what does it matter. So I did online booking. So, I click redeem offer. And my name shows up as primary again. And i could not edit it as my wife's name. I submitted us both going. The offer disappeared and have not heard anything in 10 days. I have to call back before the 30 days are up. But I think it is a big scam at this point. So, they switched my crown and anchor number with my wife's when I did all the gambling. They just hope I don't call back. Very disappointed.
