Yup! And same. Have lived in FL a few years now but haven’t been through a storm yet and no idea what I should prepare for while I’m away.

Looking at the weather models and looks like a strong possibility of gulf side hurricane developing next week. we are set to sail out of Ft Lauderdale on western Caribbean route. Any ideas what we might expect if this storm does develop?

Had planned to book via Next Cruise when we sail in a few weeks, but the trip we are wanting to take is filling quickly. Are there any benefits available via next cruise (ie cruise credit) if you already have your next trip booked? Anyone know if it's possible to connect your iPhone to the TV in the staterooms (Independence of the Seas)? We'd love to be able to watch some of our favorite shows at night and have them downloaded for offline viewing on my phone, but would love even more if they were on a (slightly) larger viewing device haha.

First time cruiser with two basic questions: 1) Since covid, is daily housekeeping performed? Mostly looking to know if beds are made daily while out of the room? I've found most hotels have completely done away with this and miss that fresh bed feeling haha 2) I purchased the streaming internet package - is it strong enough to stream Spotify or a movie service like Hulu?
