Ovation of the Seas - 6/9/23 Trying to book internet package @ $14.99/day per person with $ 11.99 additional device (TTL $223.93). At first told that it was a glitch with incorrect pricing on web, then agent came back and said that $11.99 is available only once on board (really??). Before knowing the calculation error, I actually tried to purchase 2 Person with 1 device (TTL $209.86) yesterday but got error message saying something wrong with credit card. Those two charges went through my card. Customer service agents were not helpful at all.
