Has anyone received a successful refund for anything canceled in the cruise planner on 11/18? I'm getting a little nervous; usually the refunds show up in 3-5 days, but I haven't seen anything yet.

Be careful what you cancel! I canceled the Key to book it at a better price, and now it's not letting me reserve anything and saying call. Not great.
