We have excursions booked through Royal, sailing next Saturday (3/4). Due to some health issues, we may or may not want to do them. DR appointment is on Tuesday, which will have some input. So 1) what is the latest I can cancel through the Cruise Planner and 2) can I cancel once on the ship and still get a refund? Thank you!

My Cruise Planner refunds from 11/19 finally showed up on my credit card today. My 11/18 refunds had already shown up on 11/21...I guess they got a big bogged down between 11/18 and 11/19!
