We are booked on Odyssey of the Seas for Nov 27th cruise. Our family of 10 are coming and we booked three rooms for each family. When we booked them we booked connected balcony rooms. Unfortunately my sons reservation was canceled due to the final pmt being paid late. We rebooked him but we could not get a connecting room, which was frustrating. When I would go online and book the cruise, it would show availability but when I called asking for those rooms, they said I couldn't have them because our room was different (two of the rooms have 4 people in it and one room has 2 people in it, and all are balcony rooms). When I booked them we selected the same type of room so I don't understand what the difference is and when I asked they just told me it was the number of people, but it's the same price and we were all together when originally booked so it doesn't make sense to me. Does anyone have any reasonable explanation to this??
