As you can see from #Kathleen picture, there is a structure on the back of Liberty that obstructs all of the aft balconies.
Most of the Jr. Suites on Liberty are side facing and unobstructed.
I hope this is helpful!
Thank you both.. it does we have an aft suite.. Guess I should have researched more ...

Depends on the ship and room. I've had jr. Suites on adventure and Liberty. They faxed out the side and had no obstruction.
On some ships, aft balconies will be partially obstruction
It's on liberty

I seen on YouTube on a ship the jr balcony suite on the 7th floor aft.. had like an obstructed view . Like the white ship rails before the ocean view.. is this true . I was really hoping for an just an ocean view . If this is true are you allowed to switch suite floors . I picked my own room.. not knowing this may be my view.. 1st time cruising...

I thought JR suites don't have access to the Coastal Kitchen?

If you leave and return to the same port you can sail with a birth certificate. However, while it may be unlikely, if there is an emergency in one of the ports where you would have to fly back to the US you'd need a passport book. You cannot fly with a passport card/birth certificate. Getting a passport book is highly recommended.
So I f I am getting on in ft Lauderdale and getting off I ft Lauderdale.. stopping In Cococay and Nassau I don't need a passport? Will I still be allowed to get off the ship at these stops. Sorry I have never went on a cruise .. I am tryin to clarify everything.. I leave on 1/16.. not sure if a passport will come in time for my cruise.. I didn't realize I may need one

I am sorry you had to go through this. My wife's suitcase was taken when we disembarked in Southampton several years ago. Since then, we always take our suitcases off the ship ourselves. Additionally, if we pack anything expensive, we document the contents just in case the suitcase is lost on embarkation. We have found that Royal's baggage coverage ($ limit) is better than some, but they want receipts, as noted in other posts. We always have travel insurance of some sort so that we at least get partial reimbursement. We found it necessary to escalate our claim with Royal's executives. Again, I hope this doesn't happen to you again, but the other advice that has been provided should help you.
I have never cruised.. my first one is in January LOS . You can just take your own carry on luggage to your room on embarkment and on disembarking you can physically take your own baggage of the ship? They won't stop you?
