It will be deck 4, and embarking directly into the centrum, not the promenade deck like other home ports.
And due to being in US waters for the length of the Chesapeake, casino (and shops) likely won’t open the first night - and close early the last (between 6-8pm depending on when the ship reaches the Chesapeake again).
Here, here!!

I concur with all the repliers who stated everyone SHOULD adhere to their ASSIGNED boarding time. USE THE 45 DAY ON-LINE CHECK-IN APP!!!!!

I am sailing on Vision of the Seas, out of Baltimore, on 10/26/23. I am sailing in a GTY Balcony stateroom. I sailed last October on Enchantment of the Seas, also GTY Balcony in stateroom 7074. As far as I could tell, none of the staterooms on Decks 7 or 8 had "obstructed views", probably due to the fact that all the lifeboats are tethered on the outside of Decks 5 & 6, which are "public" decks. Would I be safe to assume that if I am assigned to a Deck 7 or 8, in a balcony stateroom, there's a good chance it will be "unobstructed view" I plan to do "on-line check-in on 9/11/23, the earliest date possible?
