I have a cruise in a couple weeks. I like to have a fan on when I sleep - for the noise and to keep air moving. Are fans allowed on Royal Caribbean ships?

Going in mid April on Mariner of the Seas. Do you think the ship will have any new entertainment after coming from dry dock? And what have you all heard about the first cruise after maintenance being canceled? I hope mine towards the middle of April does not get canceled.

We have a stop in Cozumel, what are they best excursions for just going and seeing the culture, going and getting out and seeing maybe shop some true local places? It will be our first time there. It does not have to be a RCL excursion.

How many bottles of Tequila am I allowed to being back on board the ship after being in Mexico? I know they will keep it below deck, and I will not get it back util we get back to the mainland. But I wasn't sure how many I was allowed to bring back.
