We are doing the same. Might have to end up taking the train although I see there is an excursion for those that have late afternoon flights. We don't, as we are staying in Venice for 3 days ... I wonder if they check ? -

We are spending 3 nights in Venice after this cruise. Best way of getting there from Ravenna? Will RC be offering a transfer or excursion? Anybody else doing the same and want to share a private transfer? We are pursuing all options!
