Thank you both! I didn’t realize I could check the menu on the current sailing. I brought up the app and selected the ship’s current sailing and was able to see the menu for each restaurant.

Welcome to the boards!
I have not heard of anyone spying the Seafood Tower since the restart. I suspect it is gone for good. Also, the app does not show it on the menu for the current sailing of Explorer.
