FDP

I'm trying to find a transfer from Porto Corsini to Venice city center for 11 of us mature adults on Sept 11. A bus or train is out of the question since travel time is >4hrs. We're going to lose precious time, since we're flying out the next morning. Any suggestions how we can do it without costing us an arm & a leg? Thanks so much.
