Anyone know where I can get a pre cruise antigen test in civitiacchia italy

Hi we are sailing out of civitacchia Italy may 7 and have to have antigen test no more than one day before sailing but we are travelling from uk all day anybody know anywhere we can get tested in civitacchia on Saturday before cruise royal caribbean have been no help whatsoever if I wasn’t so looking forward to the cruise would tell them to shove it
