Its one booking per offer.  At the bottom of the email you will see the offer code.  If you have multiple emails with different codes then you can book multiple at one time.

As long as you have multiple offer codes you can book as many as you want. I had a couple of free cruises plus some money off codes. I used 3 when I spoke to a Club Royale rep. No issues.

You can also try to use the money off codes to pay for the cruise. I have used the online redeem button and just checked off the complementary cruise circle. Never been turned down. My wife and I also usually book two rooms on the same cruise. We invite friends or just get double points.

Thank you all for your replies! Yes I have different offer codes.

I had some of these offers pre-pandemic, at least twice in the 6 months prior. I use the casino some each day of a cruise, the last time on a S2S in Nov, although I don’t use the casino at a high enough level to hits status levels that lead to earned cruises. But since the end of the pandemic cessation of cruises I haven’t received any and thought  it had to do with the current demand.

Do you mind sharing what your level of play has been post-pandemic? Maybe there is still hope for me!

My Club Royale account shows level as CHOICE and earned tier credits as 585. I played mainly slots. Hope that helps!

  3. Glad I found this message board. Gonna read as much as I can before our cruise. I do have some questions.

We're going on the Independence of the Seas

    1) I know there's the main dining room and the buffet and those are included in the price. What about the other restaurants like the Japanese, Chinese , Cafe Promenade, cupcakes, and pizza? Is that included? For those places are reservations not needed? Just show up?

    2) I see the cruise package I booked, through a conference, that gratuities of $72 was charged. So do I still need to tip onboard in the dining room and when getting drinks?

    3) I'm a big water drinker. Will getting bottled water, or filling up a bottle be easy?

    Thank you for your time!
