I am a New Yorker born and raised now living in Los Angeles since 2007.  Took my first cruise in 2013 on Princess to Santa Barbara CA and Ensenada Mexico, 2nd in 2015 was a quick weekend to Ensenada on Carnival, 3rd was a Carnival cruise out of New Orleans in 2017 to the Western Caribbean (Roatan, Belize, Cozumel) and it was life changing!  It was mine and my girlfriend's first time in the Caribbean and we were never the same.  Our 4th cruise was on Princess to the Mexican Riviera (Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta), which was a great trip, but just didn't compare to the Caribbean.  And now here we are as of this writing in April of 2022, and we are about to sail for the first time with Royal Caribbean to Coco Cay and Nassau, then an 8 night on Harmony of the Seas to Labadee, Aruba and Curacao in Nov 2022.

One amazing thing I took away from sailing the Caribbean, drinking Pina Coladas on sea days are wonderful!
