Ahh. Those have been suspended, so that should make decision easier. It sounds a very cool cruise to consider in the future, however. Many days at sea!

This must be for 2023 or 2024, correct? The 2022 Asia season has been cancelled for Celebrity.

I also recently had a very bad experience with FbC. I booked the now cancelled Millennium Panama Canal 15-night cruise over the holidays. Because it's holiday season and flights can be scarce I went ahead and reserved flights through Celebrity for the return (it's a one-way cruise and we live in the departure port city). They cancelled the cruise, but shorted us $200 per person for a supposed FbC cancellation fee. I say it again: they cancelled the cruise. Never mind that a benefit of FbC is that you can cancel until final payment. The flights weren't ticketed or paid for, nor was the cruise beyond the fully refundable deposit. None of that should matter since they cancelled, not me. They won't talk with me directly since it was booked through an agent, and she was not able to get clarification from them. I've disputed that charge on my credit card. Nightmare of a service experience.

Haven’t gotten the email myself yet, but others on the Dec 19 Panama Canal have received notice of cancellation. It’s a pity. That’s a big ticket holiday sailing. updated: indeed cruise cancelled. Lift & Shift offered but applies to only two sailings: one in September eastbound after Alaska season, and one next April (presumably to repo Millie back to Alaska for next season). No additional options or OBC. Booked on Princess which I presume will now be a much more full ship.

I have a 15-night Panama Canal on Millie booked this December. It appears that Celebrity have removed her from the schedule from the last Alaska sailing in September through to January 2023. Los Angeles has also disappeared from the list of departure ports on their cruise search. Any ideas if that's permanent or a glitch? My booking still appears when I log in.
