Newb question here about the rule that you can carry on 2 bottles of wine per stateroom: if we say, drink those bottles in the first few days…could we then buy replacement bottles at port and bring them back on the ship? Would we have to show our empty bottles as proof? LOL! Just wondering what the fine print on this rule is.

Hi y’all!
We’ll be on Navigator of the Seas this fall, on our very first cruise!!! Doing the Mexican Riviera 7 day and so excited! We booked room 9390 and I can’t for the life of me find any mentions of it online…like if it’s obstructed or anything about the balcony…all I know is that it’s an aft corner room so I’m guessing it’s got a different configuration than a traditional balcony room?
Anyone here got any info or suggestions on how I might find out more about it?

This sounds right up my ally! What a great idea.

Sometimes an inside cabin is more expensive than a balcony
Really? That seems really odd, I wonder why?

If you plan on any shore excursions don't forget the bug spray!!!
I’ve heard that bugs can get bad in Alaska…which travel months are best for mostly avoiding those annoying creatures?

I just used the big yellow form to hopefully transfer my reservation to a TA…I didn’t know you could do that but read somewhere that you can? How long does it usually take for MEI to get back to a form request?
Passport & Birth Cert not received from the Govt yet…freaking out!

Hi everyone, my partner has a weird situation happening with his passport. He applied months ago to make sure that he’d have his passport in hand for our Mexican Riviera cruise leaving right after Thanksgiving. It still isn’t here and doesn’t show that it’s in the mail and no one will tell him anything when he calls to inquire!!! He did actually talk to someone who told him that if he doesn’t have his passport and he needs to travel (with proof) within two weeks, he can call back in and they’d help him then. Has anyone ever gone through this? I know that he *could* travel with his real ID and a birth certificate but THEY HAVE HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE! (I’m using all caps because he’s freaking out…I’m just tasked with researching and figuring all of this out, lol).
If anyone has gone through something similar could you please share your experience? He also knows that he can board the ship and that maybe he should just stay on the ship at port but that would take away some of the fun…we haven’t planned any excursions yet but still…we were looking forward to just wandering around together…It’s my first cruise ever.
