Hi I was sure I had pre paid gratuities when I booked. I have looked at cruise planner and it’s not there. I can’t see an option to add it on. Does this need a phone call or am I missing something? Cruise leaves in September (lift and shift from last test. Thanks

Hi. You don’t need excursions for Mykonos or Crete. Mykonos has a water taxi at the dock. Crete has a very good bus service into Chania town which is really nice to walk round,

Hi all. Booked to go on Serenade in September for an Alaska cruise. Can’t wait! We did a lift & shift from last year. We are thinking about booking excursions & drinks package. Have they stopped sending emails with offers. I can’t remember the last time I saw one. Thanks
