For anyone interested I’m on the Symph it Seas at the moment: the spin bikes are Life Fitness Ic5, cleats are SPD MTB style, lots of shoes available. Some images below: The spin classes are $20 each class or $69 for unlimited classes. You can’t actually use the bikes when there is not a class on but if you throw a few $$ to the gym instructor they turn a blind eye. There aren’t any spin style bikes in the actually gym area, just sit up bikes.
