Experience of myself and my adult daughter on Adventure this week: We paid the $1.99/day per person to use the chat feature in the app and it worked very well for us to communicate with each other onboard. I purchased the voom surf-only package and we used it between 3 devices, one at any given time, and successfully used wifi calling and texting to folks back home, no issues at all.
