Yes, his usual drink is either Tooheys Extra Dry beer or Wild turkey. but doesn't mind other mixers. so will check it all out on board. He might remember more of this one! lol

We were hit with the pre-paid gratuities because we had to take my time dining. In the end we thought this was fine as we can then choose what time to eat and don't have to worry about tips. The total we were charged, is double what we would normally give at the end, but my hubby tips in the Casino along the way also. Now I log in tonight to select times for some more nights dining and we have been changed to 8.30 seating, which I just can not do, due to my medication schedule, it is too late. So do I get a refund and get to choose how much I tip?? I doubt it. Quick email to my booking agent to swap it back first and reason as to why. Its my time dining or early seating only. Only a minor hiccup I suppose. but hope it is the last :)

This will be our first cruise where we can get drink packages. Hubby is more a drinker than me on holidays, but we figure as we have stops for like the first 3 days in the 14 night, we will see what we drink. Then double that for the sea days! lol. I am thinking that a drinks package will be the go for him in the end, based on the drinks bill for the last few anyway. He will just have to find something he likes also before committing as it doesn't look like his usuals are on the drinks menus. :)

We have booked our First RC cruise and it is a repositioning cruise from Singapore to Perth. 14 nights, but lots of stops. We enjoy the longer cruises and don't mind that there are more older than younger on them (this was our experience last time, but on a different company). I think we got a great deal on it at $1200 each + tips as we had to go with my time dining, which is fine by us. All taken care of then :)

Hello all, we are fast approaching our fort RC cruise on Legend of the Seas. My husband is a smoker and last time we cruised he got caught short in Tobacco and papers supply and couldn't get anything decent at our destinations. Was forced to smoke tailor made and started coughing like a actual smoker, lol. Wondering if anyone knows what types of tobacco are available on board, if any. Or if best to just take what we need. As departing from Singapore we will have to pay duty on what ever we take in from Australia, well aware of that too. Cheers
