Going to re-introduce myself since it looks like my posts were wiped after too much inactivity and too long between cruises. Hi all, Nate here, usually seen with my wife Kirsten. Only done two cruises, excited for another in February. It'll be tied to an anime convention group, the Colossalcon Cruise. If you're into anime and gaming you may want to look it up yourself. Aside anime and gaming I love the open seas, seeing new places, and wringing every last drop out of the drink package. Its funny, Matt put out a video about why you should clear out as soon as possible on your last day, but we closed the Windjammer on our last cruise, getting as many tequila & OJ shots as we could before they so-politely told us we had to leave. I have a fledgling youtube channel with some anime convention and personal video game content if anyone cares to check me out. Every sub is appreciated. Kills me I have 11 months to wait, and heaven knows if my plans will somehow be derailed between now and then, but I can't wait for my next cruise. Its a little embarrassing, but I have to bow out of this cruise. My wife is carrying our child, and she'll be one month at the time of sailing. We're optimistic we'll make the Colossalcon Cruise for 2026 and encourage interested parties to check them out for 2025! I hope its alright to plug it here. I couldn't find any rules to the contrary. I swear I'm not getting any kind of kickback. This cruise will be home to the 2025 Colossalcon Cruise tied to the family of anime conventions of the same name. So far the event has announced: -Ocean Otaku Welcome Mixer -Scavenger Hunt -The Beach Episode Cosplay Contest -Private Weeb Karaoke -Spicy Weeb Soup Hot Tub Meetup -Kigu Sail-Off Party I've never done this event before but I've done Colossalcon Prime in Sandusky twice, so I'm optimistic.
