My wife, mother-in-law and I never received the email from Royal Caribbean regarding the change in this cruise. I logged in today to make a payment and saw the change. Called RC to ask for an explanation and after 45 minutes talking to 2 different people I just cancelled. They wanted to charge us the same amount for a 5 day cruise that we were paying for a 9 day cruise - yet on the web site it was cheaper. Kept telling us the "the email said you needed to respond by..." - kind of hard to respond when you never received the communication.
