Hi, we have booked direct with NCL but we reached out to a TA that we saw on YouTube and he suggests he can offer us everything we are already getting from NCL but with a $500 onboard credit. We have never used a TA for cruising (or for any travel) and we are wondering if anyone can give us advice/insight etc. Also, we're not sure how cancellation works with a TA OR what happens if they go bankrupt due to Covid? Any help would be so appreciated
