  1. I made deposits on 2 Pullmantur cruises scheduled for October and November of this year that were cancelled. I submitted online requests for ‘refunds’ on July 14 via the link provided by Royal Caribbean. I waited 90 days. It is now October 19. How do I get my refunds? Thank you.
