I am prime status but this is the first month in a long time that I had no offers listed. The Club Royale rep confirmed that this is not a website issue BUT he did offer for me to use my annual status offer despite it not being posted on the website yet. I was even able to use it to book Odyssey of the Seas! Lesson Learned: It doesn't hurt to call if you want to at least use the annual status offer.
