We have a transatlantic cruise booked on November 30, 2021. The last cruise on the Rhapsody prior to that is in October. I have tried to find out what is happening with this ship during November. Any ideas. Thank you.

We have booked a broadway balcony room for May 10 for our daughter, husband and their 2 young children. It is 3 rooms from the aft end on the 9th deck. We chose this room so that they could sit on their balcony and watch the aqua shows and the ocean. When we booked we were not aware that the updates would include the addition of the abyss right in that area. From looking at available photos from the Harmony, which has the abyss, their view will now be obstructed. Others have said the noise from the abyss kept them from sitting on their balcony while on the Harmony. We are concerned. We have asked our travel agent to contact RC. We feel we should have been told about this addition at the time of our reservation which was last summer. Hopefully our vacation will not be ruined. If you travelled on Harmony and have stayed in the area of the abyss, we would like to hear your feedback. Thank you so much.
