If you want to have two devices, just buy the Voom for 2 devices for one person. 

If you only want two devices online at any given time, one person has to buy the two device plan.  
 
On our first cruise, I made the mistake of buying my wife and I each a two device plan....the result of that was we could use four devices between the two of us and paid twice as much as we needed to.

I just purchased VOOM surf for 2 devices.  We are a family of 5 with 2 rooms.  If I selected only myself when I purchased it does that mean it has to be used for 2 of MY devices or can anyone in my party use the logins?  Our plan is to have 2 iphones that have internet access. So by purchasing the way I did, will that work?  Thanks.
