Thank you. I did call a couple times and was told that was all they had available. I wish I would have known to ask for the wait list. We sail Sunday, so way too late for that option ?. We will do as you recommend and ask upon boarding the ship. Need to also book our two nights at the specialty restaurants. Knock both out at the same time.

We have 12 people sailing together on Harmony. When we booked the only time we could get was 8PM. Seems a little late for dinner with 6 kids. Is it hard to get seated earlier in the MDR? How does that work? Wait for a table like a normal restaurant? We could easily break up with 6 per table.

@GlowTheWeird That is awesome! A few days from wheels up and whatever you say for a ship taking off ?..

@JLMoran Thank you for the suggestions. I think the adults will be most interested in sun, pool and drinks. Our plan was similar in packing just a backpack or two with checking the rest.

@LetsTryThisPlace good to know on traffic from Orlando Sunday morning. We are staying in the area, but two of the families will be coming in from Orlando that morning.

@FloridaCruiseGirl1210 We are sailing Sunday out of Port Canaveral. Harmony of the seas!! Super excited. We have only been on a much smaller class ship out of Galveston. Will be 12 of us in total. Good to know on only a recommendation as my brother's says 3PM check in.

We have a 12:30PM check in time. Are the pools open at this time? I know the muster drill is like 3:45PM. Just curious what you can do during this time as the room are not ready for a few hours.

Thanks for this post. Regarding our kids phones. Do I need to create an account for them on their phone? Kids are 11 and 13. I just downloaded the App and it's on the Sign In or Create Account screen.

Well, I guess that is the process and the RC rep was correct. The wife was super doubtful and questioned me a couple times, so I was checking with you all to protect myself from an unhappy wife ?. Thanks!! @Curt From Canada

We leave in two weeks. August 4th. And to your possible point, i called RC probably two to three months ago.

I imagine there are several threads on this topic. We are travelling with a couple families and looking like the guys do not want to dress up and wear pants, long sleeve shirt and especially a jacket. I have heard that most ships have loosened up a bunch in terms of requiring jackets etc.. The guys are planning on nice shorts with button down Hawaiian type shirt with deck shoes. The ladies are still mostly going to wear summer type dresses. Will this work in the specialty restaurants and main dinning room?

travelling with 6 adults. We purchased the two night bogo Specialty Dinning package. I can't seem to be able to lock in a reservation on the website or on the app for the two nights. When i called RC they said we must do that on the ship. Seems like a weird process since you can individually book and reserve on the app and website. But that is if you are paying for each night separately. Thanks.

We are about to head out two weeks from Today on Harmony of the Seas out of Port Canaveral. We are super excited and worrying about all the details. One question I have that I have not seen asked and answered is the overall follow through on the teen age requirements. We are travelling with my two brothers and families. 12 in all. Kids range from my daughter who is 11 1/2, two 13, two 14 and one 16 year old. Question - Are the "teen" labelled activities (12-17) strictly enforced? We are really hoping that this is not strictly enforced as we have one that will miss the cutoff by just 6 months. She will easily pass for much older as she is already 5'5". Just curious if anyone has any experience with this. I'd rather know ahead of time and prep my daughter in case all the other kids decide to do some of the Teen activities. Thanks!
