First time Cruiser ALERT. I booked a cruise from a local Travel Agent. We had to pay extra $35. That was before I saw any of Matt's videos. Now I know better. What should I expect for their service? If there is a lower price change should I expect them to be looking for that and change our price or is it on me to tell them? I am not really happy with their service so far. I went to my agent to ask about The Key and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. I was very disappointed.

I am sailing on Brilliance Of The Seas from Feb 8, 2020 to Feb 13, 2020. The Key is now available to purchase.

I looked on MEI website and there is no one near me. Do you serve clients that are long distance? How do you do that?
