  1. Yeah its a central park window view, I think from the plans it does have sofa but obviously not sleeper one The problem with getting a travel agent is that when we booked the deal we got was buy one get one half off and 1 free voom per room so going to end up costing more and as dad payed I cant really ask him to do that!
  2. Thanks, sorry from UK and twin to be sounds as if for 2 ha ha Might have to do that, so apparently for all rooms I want beds pushed together I need to tell RC in advance?
  3. Thankyou very helpful info, I didn't know these things Unfortunately my parents/brother made the booking so hadn't looked into it myself He is small 9 year old so will have to just sleep on the sofa part, he definitely wont want to be wanting to share with my brother who snores loudly and constantly ha ha When they say twin bed is that not big enough for 2 ?
  4. Is there anywhere I can find out closing times of the pools/minigolf/table tennis tables on HOS?
  5. Thankyou He wont be making any charges his only 9 and to be honest I dont want to be paying for anything extra. That said 1 person paid for all 3 rooms and 1 person will settle any charges so it doesn't really matter what room things are charged to. We are in 3 rooms next to each other so Muster drill should hopefully be the same anyway
  6. Oh ok, I thought they all had bed and sleeper sofa, anyway I can find out? We are on HOS room 9595 Even if only me and son would they automatically expect us to share bed?
  7. So we have 3 rooms booked for 6 of us, we booked with 2 people in each room as that worked out cheaper than a room of 2, room of 3 and a room of 1 as they were doing a BOGOHO special. Me and Hubby want to be in a room with my son and then leave my brother (adult) in his own room, Is this going to be a problem once on board? Do i need to tell anyone when get onboard or just carry on as if 2 in each room? Will it cause any problems?
  8. Oh bummer! Won't be buying it, spending enough on the cruise will just go and get some other snacks from somewhere!
  9. Thanks all, looks like not, oh well doesn't matter
  10. While watching videos on yo tube I saw a popcorn machine, is this something you have to pay extra for or is it complimentary?
  11. We are a family of 6 booked on HOS later in the year and have 3 rooms, 9595,9597,9599 Has anyone any experience of these rooms? Does anyone know if they have connecting doors?
  12. Looking at booking the water park, how do you know what the best price is? From the UK and currently shows as £44 each (so roughly $55), is that a good price? or should I wait? I know people have mentioned half day pass before but cannot see that option, is that something they no longer sell?
  13. Thanks So a reservation is not for an actual seat just a number of people coming. There will be 6 of us so assume we will need to arrive early to get 6 seats together! Have had a look through recent cruise compass and viewed the shows and times, wondered if they changed much or the ships tend to stick with the same plans for the same cruise?
  14. Thankyou We are on Harmony of the Seas, is that an Oasis class ship? Family members have booked it but done seem to be doing much planning so I am trying to research as much as possible. I will have to get the log on details from them and have a look!
  15. First RC cruise in October, when are you able to make reservations for the shows? And do you need to make reservations or can you just turn up?
  16. I have read so much stuff lately I cannot remember where, I hope I got it wrong as I really am not bothered about slides so would be happy to not bother! I will try and find it again!
  17. I thought I read that all people in the stateroom had to buy tickets, so I have to go if my hubby and son want to go???
  18. Great thanks for explanation, will have a look
  19. OH MY are you telling me you can get Funnel Cake on the island free? I know where im going to be all day!!
  20. Sorry im new here how to I find what you are referring to? I have first cruise later this year and would love to read some tips!
  21. First RC cruise and we are visiting Cozumel, Costa Maya and Roatan, we haven't booked any shore excursions and I really would rather not to be honest, not only to save money but we don't want to be running to a schedule. We really want to go snorkeling so is there anywhere on each of these stops that is within walking distance from the ship where you can go snorkeling on your own? Somewhere with a decent bit of beach for the ones who just want to relax. We just want to go for couple of hours and will then get back on the ship. Also is there somewhere at CocoCay you can snorkel for free?
  22. Hi All, First RC cruise coming up later this year, we selected early seating and I see a dinner time of 5.30pm listed online under our booking. My question is what is the latest time I can enter for early dining? I assumed 5.30 was the start of the session although someone mentioned if you don't arrive for that time they will give your table away. Can anyone clarify, thanks
