Awesome thank you! Sorry first cruise when do we get our excursion tickets?

Hi! Yes I booked this excursion through Royal

So I had originally booked an excursion at 10 am. We got an email saying we are now supposed to arrive at 1045a instead of 930a. they moved my excursion to 11am and said that’s was the only other time. I asked what if we don’t get off the ship on time and I was informed that the day of we can go to the front desk and tell them we need to be off the boat as the earliest since we have an excursion right away. She also said that the company will wait to make sure everyone is there. I’m still nervous since that’s 15 minutes before we leave. Has anyone experienced this? If so is 15 mins enough time to get off the boat to meet with our excursion people? The port were arriving into is Falmouth, Jamaica

Does anyone know how many business days it takes to get refunded after cancelling a shore excursion through Royal? Thank you.

What was the name of the culinary tour you did in Falmouth ? And did you book it through royal?

So I’m going on my first cruise mid May. I have a question about the seapass card. When checking in I selected that I would do cash instead of using a credit card. The day that we arrive since I’m doing cash do I have to put a certain amount on it first or will it just continue to accrue and the last day is when I get my final amount and then I just pay it all then and there. Thank you. Really appreciate all your replies.
