We are cruising out of Miami for the first time this January. Flight there is to Miami, however, our return flight is out of Fort Lauderdale. What is the best way to get from port to the airport? How long does it usually take?

We are going on Wonder this December and are going to have the Unlimited Dining Package for the very first time. Can anyone that has done it before give me some insight? Are there any specialty restaurants open for lunch the day we board? I know that dining can't be booked until we get on board. Any other tips/tricks?
