Seems this is an ongoing huge problem. I have never received one either. How can they let you know a special is coming up, if their emails don't work?

I read today that a Canadian bought a cruise in Canadian Dollars from the RCA website, but found that if she had paid in US dollars, even with the exchange rate, it would have been way cheaper. Has anyone had experience of this?
