  1. I received a survey, but all the questions were suite related. The only food questions had to do with how important included specialty dining would be versus other suite amenities such as having genie or exclusive experiences.
  2. On Liberty in addition to the Promenade, they typically set up on a couple of the open stair cases and in front of the dining rooms. A favorite family photo of ours is on the bridge leading to the Promenade right in front of guest services.
  3. You might check to see if someone has posted a video of your specific cabin on YouTube. Try searching Explorer of the Seas and your cabin number or Explorer of the Seas interior if you just want to see any of them.
  4. Radiance was print only when we sailed her last summer. Allure had the printed pictures in the binder towers, but you could also use the kiosks to select your digital photos.
  5. Make the "island time" emphasison the quotes ... I think any caribbean port counts here.🏝
  6. Our next time in Costa Maya we just want to get off the ship to stretch our legs a bit so we are planning to stay in thevport complex. We've only done the aviary and had drinks at the wrestling bar by the pool. Are there any restaurants in the complex that are particularly good? We're not looking for a particular cuisine; I'm more gathering a list so if the mood strikes us, we'll have some recommendations.
  7. @Jeremy L. perhaps you were repricing as they were canceling the excursion? It was listed for my 10/31 cruise, and now it is also no longer showing up. If I was Royal, I would have pulled them all when they first got notice that the water park would not be open yet too. I'm sure RC doesn't want to take the blame for canceling a bunch of excursions last minute. The water park is completely unresponsive on Facebook, and I'm willing to bet they won't have a firm reopen date until they are purely doing cosmetic work. Contractors here are on their own timeline...add a touch of island time to that and the uncertainty increases exponentially.
  8. That's not the one I use - sorry, I should have said "less drowsy". I use this one which contains meclizine hydrochloride.
  9. I don't have a problem with boat drinks and the non-drowsy dramamine.
  10. I can't sit in the backseat of a car without getting sick. I take 1/2 of a non-drowsy Dramamine every morning of the cruise, and for a couple days after too, and I don't have any issues.
  11. No, we never felt rushed. However, this was during the restart with the ship at only 70% Capacity. @Last Lion our MTD was on the lower of the two decks.
  12. @Ampurp85 we we're MTD on the same deck as traditional, but it was on Radiance so only 2 decks of dining.
  13. @Coda_Sarah While the suite lounge is open 24/7, the espresso machine may not be functional the entire time. Some nights they take it apart to clean it. My husband is also an early riser who is up by 5 even on vacation. We have had some cruises where he said the coffee machine has been in pieces still drying until 6am or so. If you are up at 7 it shouldn't be an issue though. He just asks the room steward for more coffee pods when that is the case, and he waits for the rest of us to get up to bother getting the fancier coffee in the lounge. You may want to swing by a bar before you go to bed for an extra bottle of water or two each night so you have some to put in the coffee pot. Even if you use the sink water (which is fine in our opinion) the bottle is easier to pour into the machine than using a glass. Sometimes the machine is broken down completely for the week as they need parts for repair. If that is the case, they usually give you access to the diamond lounge to use their espresso machine.
  14. My kids love to order the various flavored daiquiris and non-alcoholic drinks - no one even gives them a second look.
  15. In addition to the items listed above, you can have breakfast in Chops away from the masses. The menu is almost identical to the Coastal Kitchen breakfast menu on the Oasis class ships. The suite lounge offers an espresso machine and continental breakfast spread in the mornings and complimentary drinks, hours d'oeuvres, and small dessert items during the nightly happy hour which is around 5 to 8pm. However, there is no all day beer and wine like in O class. You can order room service from the main dining room dinner menu, and there is no cost for room service like with O class though.
  16. Shoreexcursionsgroup.com offers Amazing Cozumel Race. We haven't done that one, but our 14 and 11 year olds are interested so we're considering it for November. Our kids also love Paradise Beach.
  17. 8x10 was the only size available when we were on her. Sorry, I can't help with your multiple copy question.
  18. Yes, Radiance offers only print photos. I'm not sure about your private photo session as we only get one of the packages, but I was surprised when we sailed on her last summer that digital was not an option. I still haven't scanned in our 100 prints from that cruise to make a photo book - they are just sitting in a folder with our cruise stuff.
  19. Did you book through Royal or the water park?
  20. Just as a comparison, Thrill Waterpark on the same cruise is less expensive.
  21. Just found the Lost Mayan Kingdom listed in shore excursions on our Halloween cruise. The park's Facebook page says they are reopening this summer, no update on their website yet - when you click on their "Book Now" link it takes you to an inactive 404 page.
  22. We're sailing her on Halloween, but she moves to Ft. Lauderdale by then.
  23. Fortunately the one we're looking at says we will be returned to the ship. There are two available, one ends at FLL and the other at MIA. We would definitely book the one for FLL just in case - we can always grab a quick Uber or Lyft back to the port.
