  1. Does anyone know if Royal Caribbean plans on adding “Perfect Night” to more itineraries? I was on a 3 night cruise a few weeks ago and it was amazing. I would like to book one for 2020 but it only looks like they are doing it for 4 night cruises. I am not sure if they are running a trial phase to test it out to add more dates.

Public spaces tend to be well lit making cruise ships not ideal for stargazing.  The helipad is not open to the public on Allure.

At the moment the public deck right above the bridge may be your best location.  Deck 14 forward.

Right now that public deck covers the width of the bridge.  The solarium is different on Oasis and Allure compared to Harmony and Symphony and we are all waiting to see if this area will change when Oasis and Allure are refreshed in 2019 and 2020.

Twangster is right! On deck 14 you will go to the port side stateroom corridor. Walk as far as you can in the direction of the bow. You will reach a door that takes you to a hidden observation deck (Image attached). There are some low lights that shine down from the railing but no overhead lights. I always go here to look at the stairs.

If you are cruising the April 21-28 itinerary, I hope to see you there. On Monday night going into Tuesday morning The Lyrid Meter Shower will peak!

    Best of luck!

  3. Hi everyone. I have been a long time reader but this is my first post. ?

I have gone on many Royal Caribbean cruises; however, I have always driven back home. I would like to fly for my next cruise but I worry about making it to the airport on time. I am hoping someone would have some advice for me. Here are the details:

    • April 21st sailing date on Allure of the Seas.
    • Return to the Port of Miami on Sunday April 28th.
    • The rerun flight is out of the Fort Lauderdale airport  at 12:18 PM.
    • A family member that lives in Miami would be our means of transport to the airport.

This flight is $200 cheaper than all of the others. That is the only reason I am trying to make this one work.

    I appreciate any advice ?
