Can you make phone calls with this package or just text to home... USA?

So for example I would pay $19.99 a day if I get the package on the second day of 7 day cruise?

According to cruise planner it's 15.99 per day. Does anyone know what it cost to purchase on board?

Thanks for your quick reply. My other question is if I where to purchase this package on board on let's say the third day of a seven day cruise will they only charge for the remainder of cruise or for all 7 days?

If I where to purchase this package for 1 user can I use my phone, then switch over to another phone and then switch over to my laptop to stream Netflix?
