I don't have a scheduled tour for this port. Any ideas? What is the best thing to do here?

We were there about two years ago and it was a blast. Everyone from oldest to youngest really enjoyed it. My boys had about 11 virgin margaritas which they still talk about to this day. I think you could probably go without a reservation.

Does Freedom offer 10 drink packages during the cruise? I saw something that said it might.
