All crew, including myself, have taken on extra side-duties to align with the new health and safety protocols. We were prepared for this before accepting the contract. At the end of the day, we are happy yo be back at work.

It's changed so many times, I not even sure at this moment. When I was quarantined it was every week. All crew was PCR tested a few days before the ship set sail.

Welcome to Royal Caribbean's brand new Odyssey Of The Seas. I can finally reveal to you this brand new Quantum Ultra Class cruise ship. Today, passengers will be stepping onboard for the first time! After 16 months since the global cruise suspension, I can finally say "WE ARE BACK"

In my latest vlog, I share my thoughts after the simulated test cruise. It went very smooth, and from what I've heard so far, feedback has been very positive.

What do you think about the Solo Balcony Room I stayed in during my quarantine period? Before quarantine, I didn't even know there were different types of balcony staterooms.

I just wanted to make a quick post regarding comments/messages. As a Royal Caribbean crew member, I have strict rules to follow when it comes to social media. There are certain things I can and cannot talk about. This is why I don't respond to 95% of my comments, just in case I say something I'm not supposed to. I could potentially jeopardise my employment with the company by slipping up. I hope this makes sense. Please know that I read all of your comments and messages. Did you see my latest vlog? This was my final week in cruise ship quarantine, onboard Odyssey Of The Seas. I have been spending this month preparing for our simulated test cruise, which will ultimately be followed by our first sailing with passengers.

So, my quarantine period has been extended slightly because of the current Covid status onboard the ship. This will make it nearly 3 weeks in total. I hope you guys are not getting bored of the vlogs. For my second and third week of quarantine, I will be posting a weekly vlog. The internet onboard is making it very hard for me to post daily. This will catch you guys up much quicker as well. Thank you guys for always supporting me!
