Do they have shampoo and body wash in the balcony rooms on the Grandeur of the seas ,and if not, are we limited to the ounces allowed to bring on ship?

We are going on the Grandeur of the Seas and our room will be 7608. Is it going to be noisy because of the bars on the 6th deck.
