    Thank you RestingBirds,  for the like at the Seattle's Best coffee thread ...  after our Liberty cruise May 7-14, Brian Brooks with RCCL answered an email inquiring about that coffee and roast and I googled to find the story behind "Henry" ... we love the stuff & the Liberty crew.  Here's the email that I'll probably post at the thread when I figure out how to measure the coffee at home:
