adever7137
We are traveling in December on the Explorer to Dominican Republic, St. Johns, St. Thomas, St. Marteen and Coco Cay. We board from Miami, FL. My friend is joining us from Germany. I have gone online with RC and checked what documents that he needs. He has a passport and applied for ESTA. But on RC website it says that he may need visas for the islands we are visiting and an Electronic Travel Authorization. Does any one know if the ESTA is the Electronic travel authorization even though they list it separately and if any visas are needed? Has anyone had any experience with it? I know i may need to RC, for additional help. I just don't want to be denied boarding. Greatly appreciate the help!
