grigory Posted January 18, 2023 Report Share Posted January 18, 2023 We just got declined yesterday (16-Jan-23) from onboard to Mariners of the sea right in the terminal, the reason was that is my wife is from Ukraine (which is according to terminal manager is country under sanctions) and the permanent card that we have + Ukrainian passport is not enough to onboad, my wife should have US driver license . We got the sanction email a week ago and I send them the needed documents and didn't get any reply , how should we act in such situation?
