I was looking at the app under the daily planner/my calendar and noticed that for one of our excursions it now says “docked” next to the name of the excursion. When I click on it I get a message saying “your excursions reservation. For further details or to change or cancel….” (My other excursions bring up the full details when I click them). LRu Posted July 16, 2023 Report Share Posted July 16, 2023 I know this is an older post but am curious about your outcome. We’re having the same issue on our upcoming cruise. It shows docked and the excursion doesn’t show up online any longer, just on our calendar. When clicking on the calendar link, it says call for information. We called customer service and they just said that everything looks good and gave us a confirmation number. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
