There are dancing themes in various venues, like 60's, 70's, or 80's. Then you might have Caribbean Night for dress in the MDR. Three years ago we found that White Night coincided with the second formal dinner (Harmony), so many wore there white outifits to dinner. I wouldn't stress too much about themes....
