A variety of the menus across the fleet can be found here: http://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/menus In general, the food aboard Royal Caribbean ships is quite good, but keep in mind that it is banquet style food much like what you would receive when attending a wedding reception at a nice hotel. In contrast, the food is made to order in the specialty dining venues, so it tends to be superior. I had read the Empress menus were not consistent with the rest of the fleet, though; so, I wanted to hear from anyone who has already cruised in her.
