I have heard mixed answers and on the cruise planner it does not list them, but I have seen another post where someone took a screen shot of the cruise planner description of it where it does list milkshakes. It depends on the ship and whether you are willing to argue while on vacation. I would also consider all answers to be in question thanks to the shutdown. When things start up again, there may be a new answer but I wouldn't count on it being consistent. Quote
