I am booked on a cruise to Alaska on 23rd Aug. 2020. Royal Caribbean want me to pay the full amount now else I lose my deposit. I think they need to come clean and refund people like me the deposit considering there is a slim chance they will resume in August 2020. Even if they do the experience is not going to be as it should be with all the restrictions in place. I am not comfortable paying nearly $2400 for my cabin and then wait for a couple of months to get a refund. Worse still could be they go bust in which case my money is lost

It is at times like this that companies that act honourably win customers. They should re think their current cancellation policy and do the right thing
