ATV - Actual Time behind the Wheel`

Hi Everyone, I'm going on the Harmony of the Seas in December and booked the ATV shore excursion.  Can anyone tell me how long the actual time is behind the wheel?  The info says 4 hours, but I imagine a good deal of that time is getting to/from the location.  Help-!
